QPAC A320 and XFMC

Hello,

I'm working with A320 and XFMC with correct conf file...recognized by FMC. All works fine, without activating the AP of the XFMC, but after flying some minutes (10min...) a flightplan the LEGS page and the complete flightplan gets empty.

Anyone know why? It is like if you reset the XFMC. There's no origin, no destination, no flightplan....

Thanks in advance.

A320 QPAC issue

Yes I experienced that before but with QPAC A320 we are adopting a different logic...

X-FMC provides route, cruise FL, speed restrictions and then QPAC A320 plugin will process it according to Airbus logic and climb profile.

So to make long story short, X-FMC is not piloting the QPAC...

I would recommend to activate X-FMC with AP button because X-FMC needs to feed data to QPAC plugin... If not activated, it's like having the default X-Plane FMC...

Let me know how it goes !

Cheers

When i start descent i need

When i start descent i need to choose my STAR, when i did this my A320 started to go nowhere. Maybe to HDG, but still it was NAV on display. And after that i cant go to the NAV again, because QPAC nav system s*cks and now i fly only x737.

read the qpac manual and

read the qpac manual and check the instructions for the lnav mode.

Dont use headingsteering from the XFMC on the qpac. In case you suddenly change course, the lnav might not capture the track, and you have to set the heading to the new track. THis is also indicated on the panel. As soon the qpac will intercept the new track the lnav mode becomes active again.....
