I have read the X-FMC instructions on the steps to key in the waypoint or select PPOS for entering a Hold, but I would like to know how to clear the Hold after I select Execute and start over if I make a mistake.
How can the Hold details be edited, such as change the lap time?

PPos you cant, as the hold start directly.
Waypoint: as long it is some distance ahead you can edit the laptime.
To clear: at the moment there is no proper way to delete the hold, we will see about that in version 2.
In case of PPOS, you can exit the hold, and after 1 turn your will leave the hold flying in the right heading.
In case of waypoint:: delete manually the hold points.
